Dots are the new trend in town.

The other day I was in a meeting for work and they were doing a ice breaker game talking about some the trends that Gen Z is really interested. One of the questions that they asked was which trend was becoming more popular. it was between Distressed/ ripped jeans and polka dots. I was a little too eager to answer and I said that distressed jeans was the more popular trend. It my surprised Polk Dots was the correct answer.

To be honest I wasn't really that surprised. I had just read in the March issue of Allure that dots were all the rage. I feel like there is a tacky way to wear dots and then there's the elegant and cute way to wear them.

I'm very much a distressed and rip jeans person. I love the look it makes any look more relaxed and just radiates cool girl vibes. Since I love clothes and fashion so much I was only a matter of time before I fell into this new trend, and I'm not mad about it. There are a variety of polka dot sizes and that alone will alter how they look on your body. I particularly like the smaller dots. They are not overwhelming and you still get to see the beauty of the garment that you're wearing.

What I want to highlight are these high waisted split jeans!! I saw Patricia Bright's haul video and she bought a similar pair of jeans and they looked so good on her. I can be impulsive and impressionable so when I saw these online it was an super easy buy. I'm roughly between a size 8/10 in jeans but on the website it only gave S/M/L so I ordered a large and the number size was a US 12. I thought at first they would be too big but BAYBEE!!!!! They were snug. So I highly suggest you size up when buying this pair. Below I've added the product name from the website I bought it from.
